Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Ontario Vending website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About our services
Ontario Vending places, installs, services, and restocks vending machines and micromarkets for schools, residential buildings, and workplaces in the Niagara Region and Hamilton, at no cost to the host location. Any machine placement is covered by a separate written agreement between you and us. Information on this site is general and does not create an agreement on its own.
Using the contact form
When you submit the contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. The form collects your name or company, email, phone number, location, preferred contact method, and the type of machine you're interested in. We use it to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Messages from us
By submitting the form, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your enquiry and our services. In line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), every marketing message will identify us and explain how to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" or "unsubscribe", or by emailing vendontario@gmail.com.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed (and delete it within 24 months if you don't become a customer). You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing vendontario@gmail.com.
Website content
The text, logo, and images on this site belong to Ontario Vending or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking. We try to keep information accurate, but the site is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ontario Vending is not responsible for losses that result from using this website or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
