Frequently Asked Questions
Cost
How much does a vending machine cost my location?
Nothing. Ontario Vending installs, stocks, cleans and maintains the machine at no cost to the host.
Who pays for repairs and maintenance?
We do. Upkeep, cleaning and repairs are all part of our free placement.
Is a smart cooler or micromarket also free?
Yes. Smart coolers and micromarkets are placed and looked after at no cost, just like our vending machines.
Machines and products
What kinds of machines do you offer?
We offer snack, drink and combo vending machines, smart coolers and micromarkets.
Can we choose which products go in the machine?
Yes. Hosts choose any product mix, from classic snacks and pop to healthier choices.
What payment methods do the machines accept?
Our vending machines take cash, card and tap. Smart coolers and micromarkets are cashless and accept card and tap.
Which machine suits a smaller space?
A combo machine serves snacks and drinks from one unit, which makes it a great choice where space is tight.
Do you place machines in schools, gyms and condos?
Yes. We work with offices, warehouses, apartments and condos, schools, hotels and motels, gyms, greenhouses, farms and wineries.
Service and refunds
How often are machines restocked and cleaned?
As often as each location needs, so the machine stays full and tidy.
How do I get a refund if a machine takes my money?
Let us know through our feedback page, by phone at 514-607-3271 or by email at vendontario@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
When can a machine be installed?
We assess each location individually, and once it's approved we install as soon as our supplier has a machine available.
